The 2018 Women’s Fiction Festival public events have as the main theme ‘Something Revolutionary. Words have always had the power to change the world.’ Books can lead readers into another world entirely and books have revolutionized over the course of the centuries customs, power structures and cultural values. Some books more than others have revolutionized hearts and minds. 2018 is the 50th anniversary of the events of 1968, which also ushered in the feminist revolution. The WFF will throw the spotlight on the most powerful revolutionary stories in contemporary literature.
