FOOD & WINE WRITING COURSE FOR FICTION WRITERS

Come join the fun from September 28th to 0ctober 1st, 2005!
The Women's Fiction Festival is organizing a unique Food and Wine Writing Course for Fiction Writers to explore writing with and for the senses. The course is run by renowned Los Angeles chef Evan Kleiman, proprietor of the famous Angeli Café on Melrose Avenue, TV and radio personality, cookbook writer (Cucina Rustica, Pasta Fresca, Angeli Caffe Pizza, Pasta and Panini, Cucina del Mare: Fish and Seafood Italian Style) and head of the Los Angeles Slow Food Convivium.
Food and wine are popular elements of fiction nowadays and you want your writing to be both lyrical and accurate.

So join Evan as she takes you on a tour of the delicious local fare while you learn how to use your senses in describing food and wine. Food, wine, the senses - learning with a difference! Eat and drink your courseware with Evan as she shares her deep knowledge of produce, cuisine and writing.

Join Evan and other writers for four days of sheer pleasure in the 2005 WFF's most original event.
